Seeding Your Year – Spark creativity, clarify direction, and begin your year with intention

RECORDED WORKSHOP – WATCH & LEARN IN YOUR OWN TIME. INCLUDES A VIDEO WORKSHOP AND DOWNLOADABLE WORKBOOK

As we start making our way through this new year, you might already feel the pressure to hit the ground running or match the bright, high energy pace that the beginning of a year often encourages. We get a few weeks into the year, and we already feel behind, which can cause anxiety and unnecessary stress.

As creative women, we carry ideas and sparks throughout the year, but these mid to late winter months are rarely the times where we feel ready to leap into full action.

January might be the start of the calendar year, but I believe that Spring is when we come alive and the weeks leading up to the Spring equinox towards the end of March are not times for forcing false energy and action. They are times for reflecting, planning and noticing.

At the same time, you may not want to hibernate or step back completely. You want a more thoughtful, sustainably productive way to spend these last days of Winter into Spring days as we are led towards more energetic times. Something purposeful and that leaves you feeling both rooted and excited.

I believe the start of the year in a creative business is ideal for seeding. And that’s why I created my new workshop, Seeding Your Year.

This workshop introduces the concept of seeding and helps you create your own winter plan that fits who you are and what you want to grow in 2026.

By seeding, I mean quietly working on something meaningful. Setting behind the scenes goals around creating and making improvements in your business. Taking time, alongside the ongoing work of your days, to plan, research, experiment, learn and piece something together that feels right and aligned with your ambitions for the year ahead.

Something that will be ready to share when your energy rises and you feel more inclined to launch, sell and be visible.

I like to think of these seeds as secret projects. They are slow, steady and strategic. They grow because you gave yourself time instead of rushing into creation and promotion before you were in the right season for that.

Seeding Your Year is a lightly structured but intentional workshop that helps you reconnect with your ideas that might feel left stranded in 2025, choose what truly matters, and map the steps that will support the things you want to grow in the months ahead.

The workshop gives you:

  • Space to think

  • Clarity to choose

  • Intuitive direction you can trust

  • A grounded sense of early momentum

All at a pace that feels calm, sustainable and full of possibility for the year ahead.

This is for you if…

  • You want to approach 2026 with clarity, but without pressure

  • You are full of ideas but unsure which ones deserve your focus

  • You often feel behind

  • You want a clearer direction for the rest of the year ahead

  • You would value a reflective space to plan and think

  • You want a creativity-friendly approach to planning, researching, shaping and creating – nothing with a hustle/ bootcamp edge to it!

  • You like the idea of softer beginnings and doing meaningful behind-the-scenes work

What you will leave with

By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with:

  • 1 to 3 seeds chosen with intention

  • Clarity about what actually matters

  • A sense of purpose for the rest of the winter season to lead you to Spring Equinox

  • Direction and your next steps

  • A quiet spark of excitement about what you are creating

  • The reassurance that you are not late or behind, you are simply in season, doing it the seeding way!
