It is important that you understand the nature of how I choose to work with clients and how I choose to offer my products and services, in particular those accessed online via courses and digital products.

I take Your investment seriously, and I’d appreciate if You took My investment of time and resources into creating products and services too.

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment for all services/ products is made in advance.

​PRODUCT & SERVICE PURCHASE REFUNDS

If you are able to download, make use of and copy the product immediately, I will only offer refunds in limited circumstances at My discretion, or where required by UK Law.

I do not generally offer refunds for a change of mind or change of circumstance. Therefore, it is in Your interest to carefully review the product and service contents, contact Me with any questions, and ensure the product or service is suitable for Your needs before purchasing.

RECURRING​ ​PAYMENTS

​If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize My continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the United Kingdom.
