Gathered Pages – a monthly journaling gathering to help you connect with yourself – 26 April
Sunday 26 April, 7pm UK time
The next Gathered Pages journaling session takes place on Sunday 26 April at 7pm (UK time), and the theme is Momentum.
Momentum can be an elusive thing, sometimes we are flying but all to often we find ourselves lacking progress, feeling stuck and not being able to gather pace and move forwards with out ideas and plans.
In this month’s Gathered Pages session, we’ll untangle what’s been getting in the way for you and help you find a way back into moving forwards that actually feels possible, doable! I will guide you through this session and at the end you will feel clearer and be able to choose a next step that works in your real life.
What are Gathered Pages?
Gathered Pages is my monthly journaling gathering, held on the last Sunday of the month at 7pm UK time. It’s a cosy, thoughtful space for women who want to spend an hour reconnecting with themselves through guided journaling.
Each session lasts an hour and is gently structured around a theme that reflects common experiences for women in midlife. I begin by setting the scene for the theme, then guide you through a series of journaling prompts, exercises, and questions to help you reflect, process, and gain clarity.
You don’t need to be “good at journaling”. All you have to do is book a space and show up. Bring a notebook, something nice to drink, find a comfortable spot (bed and sofa are both very welcome), and take an hour for yourself.
