Do you feel like you need structure and support to make changes to your life to bring you more contentment and peace? Deep down, do you know that things like lack of confidence, procrastination, being disconnected from your true worth and fear of failure and judgement are holding you back? With a supportive coaching relationship and me on your side, I KNOW that you can achieve great things and live a more contented, aligned life.

For a limited number of clients, I now offer 1:1 coaching sessions to help women create happier and more fulfilled lives.

I am a trained Life Coach with CTI (The Co-active Coaching Institute) which is a global coaching training provider. I also initially trained with Newcastle College gaining a Diploma in Life Coaching and was also an assessor on their diploma in Coaching for around 2 years.

Since 2005 I have coached women all over the UK who wanted to improve their relationships, further their careers and most importantly, shift their mindsets so that self doubts and fears were a thing of the past. I focus on working with creative career women, especially those who have their own business or creative career.

Coaching is delivered online via private zoom sessions.

Sessions can be booked in blocks of six for just £720 or twelve sessions for £1200. Ideally coaching takes place regularly over a period of 3-6 months to make significant changes. I recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions to create momentum and enough support to make real changes.

Coaching is like having a supportive, professional ‘friend’ who will encourage you to seek solutions to the issues you face and help you to see it from different perspectives so that you can get clarity and a way forwards.

Instead of talking through the same old things with friends and family who either tell you what you want to hear or who are too caught up in their own relationship with you to be truly impartial, talk to me and let’s sort things out!
