Joyce is a highly experienced garden designer and horticultural consultant based in sunny Staffordshire. She delivers a high quality service to a discerning client base, designing gardens and outdoor spaces and project managing other services such as landscaping and building work to create truly unique spaces.
I really enjoyed working with Joyce, such a brilliant woman! She has also championed me to her friends, several of whom have become clients and for which I am very grateful.

“I started working with Sarah because I felt a bit bogged down with my business, I have been doing it for almost 30 years, and sometimes I cannot see the wood for the trees. I am part of a business group, a cohort from a business training programme a few years ago which is really useful, but felt I wanted an objective view of my business from a fresh perspective.
I started with a Coach In Your Pocket day and quickly decided that 1:1 coaching was the next step for me.
I really liked working with Sarah. I looked forward to our sessions and really enjoyed our chats before we got going, I felt we had become friends even though we have never physically met.
In the sessions, there was always a follow up from a previous session and accountability, but also a new take on whatever my current stumbling block might be, with practical, doable solutions offered. Sarah is knowledgeable and always friendly and professional but also fun to work with.
Having 12 sessions was really beneficial as we could really get to the nitty gritty of things. Plus, I really found the Voxer communication opportunity helpful in the moment, so I could relate small wins through the week.
Amongst other things I focused on money coming in, really made sure I invoiced on time, didn’t ‘give’ my time away for free and increased my prices, as well as refocusing my marketing efforts on customers who would have more interesting and lucrative projects.
At Sarah’s suggestion, I began using an app to log incoming funds as a way of staying very focused on the financial aspects of business. I set a stretchy income goal and I surpassed it! Sarah facilitated that focus on driving income and supported me further with guidance and marketing wisdom.
Her marketing and business experience give her a broad understanding of a wide range of industries and she is definitely someone who supports women in business!
Sarah is is straight speaking and will call out your excuses and inactivity. And that’s okay, because sometimes we kid ourselves and are perhaps a bit scared of doing what we perceive to be ‘big’ things. She is great at picking through the threads to get to the heart of the matter and then offers strategies and solutions.
We often do know our stuff and what we should be doing – but we don’t always do it…but with Sarah as your wing woman you really can get things done!
